KING AND QUEEN LIMOUSINE
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our limousine services and website. Please read them carefully. By making a reservation, paying any deposit, or using our services, you and everyone in your group agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Booking Accuracy
You are responsible for double-checking all details in your trip confirmation (date, pickup time and address, price, number of passengers, vehicle type, etc.). Any discrepancies must be reported to us immediately. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation number and a receipt for the deposit.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Hourly Service means the service is charged by the hour. Each vehicle type has a different minimum booking time. If the actual service exceeds the agreed time, you will be charged for the additional time at the hourly rate.
2. Payment Agreement
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through “King and Queen Limo Inc.”
- A 20% deposit will be charged immediately to secure the reservation (non-refundable).
- The remaining 80% balance will be charged 48 hours before the service date.
- If the booking is made within 24 hours of the service or on the same day, we will first take a small authorization charge to verify the card. You must confirm the charge by replying to info@kingandqueenlimo.com. Only then will the full payment be processed.
Alternative payment options (wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo) are available for the final balance.
You are responsible for any extra charges beyond the original quote, including:
• Overtime (charged in 1-hour increments based on vehicle type)
• Overdraft / additional stops / re-routing / waiting time over 15 minutes
• Any vehicle damage (see Section 6)
We will send you a final invoice and receipt by email.
3. Alcohol Consumption
By New York law, alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles equipped with a divider/partition (limousines). Alcohol is strictly prohibited in sedans, SUVs, vans, or buses without a divider.
Champagne service is available upon request in qualifying limousines for an additional fee (includes one 750 ml bottle, ice, and glasses). Please contact us to confirm pricing.
4. Gratuity / Tip Policy
Tips (gratuity) are voluntary and are not included in the quoted price. We only encourage tipping if your experience was exceptional.
5. Cancellation Policy
Our 20% deposit is non-refundable. Late cancellations will result in the following full charges (100% of the total booking amount):
- Sedan or SUV: less than 24 hours before pickup
- 7-passenger Limousine: less than 48 hours before pickup
- Sprinter Van (11, 14, or JET Van): less than 48 hours before pickup
- Super Stretch Limousine (Hummer, Escalade, Range Rover): less than 72 hours before pickup
- All Buses (24, 36, 40, or 56 passengers): less than 72 hours before pickup
6. Passenger Agreement and Liability
By using our service you agree to the following:
• All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
• No illegal drugs or prohibited alcoholic beverages (e.g., Absinthe) may be consumed in the vehicle.
• No smoking of any kind (including vaping). Violators will be charged a $450 cleaning fee.
• No food, snacks, chips, candy, or similar items are allowed. A $280 cleaning fee (plus 1 hour of service time) will be charged if violated.
• Passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s legal capacity.
• You and your group are fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle (willful or accidental). You authorize us to charge your credit card for all repair and cleaning costs plus lost revenue while the vehicle is out of service.
• Specific minimum fines include:
– Smoking: $450
– Cigarette burns: $700 or actual repair cost
– Broken/missing glasses: $25 each
– Food/spills: $280 cleaning fee
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Lost and found items will be held and can be returned at your expense.
7. Company Agreement and Liability
You will receive a trip confirmation number. Please review it immediately and notify us of any errors. We will make every reasonable effort to provide the service as booked, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
8. General Provisions
• All information you provide is kept confidential and used only for fulfilling your booking and providing the service (see our separate Privacy Policy).
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or group if we believe the safety of our driver, vehicle, or other passengers may be compromised.
• Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved directly with us by calling 888-558-3339 immediately after the service.
