For international flights, we include one (1) hour of complimentary waiting time. Waiting time begins from the actual aircraft landing time (ETA), and chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive at the terminal holding area approximately 60 minutes after landing. For domestic flights, we include thirty (30) minutes of complimentary waiting time. Chauffeurs typically arrive at the holding area approximately 20 minutes after landing. For private aviation arrivals, we are unable to monitor flights. Clients must notify us of any delays or itinerary changes. Once the complimentary waiting time expires, additional waiting charges apply and are billed from the originally scheduled pickup time.

In the event of a flight delay, cancellation, diversion, or missed arrival due to passenger error, the original airport transportation reservation applies only to the originally scheduled arrival airport. Flight diversions are considered airline-controlled events and are outside the scope of the original booking. If the chauffeur has already arrived or has been dispatched, additional charges may apply based on waiting time, driver hours, and vehicle allocation. When a flight is diverted to a different airport, a new airport transfer quote will be issued and calculated based on distance, travel time, tolls, and driver availability. Client approval is required before dispatching or modifying service. Clients may choose to reschedule, rebook, or cancel the reservation, subject to any incurred fees. This policy ensures fairness, operational efficiency, and reliable service for all scheduled reservations.
